You are a job applicant.
Type of personal data being used
We may use the following information provided by the job applicant:
∙ Contact information (e.g. name, address, email, telephone number)
∙ Background, education and CV information (e.g. references to education, degrees, grades)
∙ Photograph (e.g. portrait attached the application)
If you as a candidate is invited for an interview, we may also collect and use the following information, if relevant:
∙ References check from e.g. former employers
∙ Background check, e.g. criminal, credit checks.
Legal basis for the use of your personal data
The use of your personal data is necessary for us, and for you to assess if we intend to enter into an employment contract. If we do not, we will request consent for the storing of your personal data for other job opportunities, see Article 6(1)(a)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
You as an applicant, government agencies (Arbetsförmedlingen) recruitment agencies, public sources such as LinkedIn.
How long we store your data?
If you are an unsuccessful job applicant we only keep your personal data relating to an application for a specific position for up to 6 months from the end of the recruitment process unless you request to be stored for a longer period.
Sharing of your personal data with third parties.
If the third parties are processing and using your personal data on our behalf, we enter into data processing agreements with all these data processors to ensure that appropriate security measures protecting your personal data have been taken.
